Why: "Tea gives Phoebe the trots." I thought that was like having to pee all the time, but now I'm not so sure.
Answer: Diarrhea. I don't really like to talk about ... waste.

The More You Know: Another definition (that I'm pretty sure is an accident) says:

"The trots" can also refer to harness racing, where a horse pulls along a cart with two wheels, called a sulky.
