How do Brussels sprouts grow?

Why: They are probably my favorite vegetable these days. The other night at South of Beale, I had some very nice ones braised with maple bacon.

The More You Know: Another thing I had at South of Beale was a Fried Avocado with Olive and Feta Tapenade.

PS, that place also serves Ghost River, which, if you haven't it yet, you should try.
