What is the Clydesdale scale?

Search
: clydesdale scale

Why: Brian said that Zooey Deschanel is "totally f***able" (CRUDE) and a 6 on the Clydesdale scale.
Answer: From the movie Airheads (1994):
Carter: What was she on the Clydesdale Scale...? That's how many Clydesdales it would take to tear her off your face.
This guy Arthur also claims to use the Clydesdale Scale in his Universal Code of Female Justification (UCJF):
The first scale was the Clydesdale Kegs Scale. And yes, it was that complicated. The Clydesdale's were adopted for their ability to pull things... in other words the number of Clydesdale's it would take to pull you off of the chick was the number she was assigned. For example..."Hey man what do you think?" "She is a four Clydesdale."The Kegs end was easy...how many kegs would it take for you to get in bed with her... simple.

We have also used what is known as the Jones Scale. The Jones Scale is easy to understand... Star Jones is a zero and Catherine Zeta-Jones is a ten... virtually everyone else falls somewhere between.
I wonder about the rest. Mine would be like:
  1. Star Jones (1, not 0; who says "on a scale of zero-to-ten"?)
  2. James Earl Jones
  3. Tommy Lee Jones
  4. Quincy Jones
  5. Davy Jones
  6. Norah Jones
  7. Catherine Zeta-Jones
  8. Spike Jonze
  9. David Jones
  10. January Jones
  11. July Jones

The More You Know: Some facts about the Anheuser-Busch Clydesdales:
  • On April 7, 1933, August A. Busch, Jr. and Adolphus Busch III surprised their father, August A. Busch, Sr., with the gift of a 6-horse Clydesdale hitch to commemorate the repeal of Prohibition.
  • Their horseshoes measure more than 20 in. from end to end and weigh about 5 lbs.
  • At 2 daily feedings, each horse consumes up to 25 quarts of feed, 60 lbs. of hay and 30 gallons of water.
  • Each handcrafted brass and leather harness and collar weighs 130 lbs. A set of 8 is worth more than $70,000. It takes about 45 minutes to harness each horse.
  • Bathing, brushing, and braiding a team of 8 Budweiser Clydesdales, then hitching them up to their beer wagon, takes 5 people 4 hours. It costs $6,000 a day to keep a team of 8 spruced up.
  • Dalmatians have traveled with the teams since the 1950s. The dogs are trained to protect the horses and guarded the wagon when the driver went inside to make deliveries.
