Answer: On "The X-Files," Eugene Tooms was a mutant cannibal. He sustained himself by eating 5 human livers every 30 years and then went into hibernation. He could elongate his body and squeeze into tight places like air vents, chimneys, and toilets.
He was voted #5 on TV Squad's list of All-Time Scariest TV Characters.
He was played by Doug Hutchison, aka Horace Goodspeed (on "LOST") and the douchebag Percy Wetmore in The Green Mile.
