Stylist Vidal Sassoon created her trademark streamlined bob to go with her clothing — which is why Twiggy (who frequently worked with Quant) is modeling both the outfit and the hairstyle in this photo.

I wasn't even sure he was a real person.

Answer: He was born in London in 1928. His parents were both Jewish - his father was Greek and his mother was from Kiev. Sassoon was a member of the 43 Group, an organization set up by Jewish ex-servicemen that broke up Fascist meetings in East London after the end of WWII.
