What is the white stuff that oozes out of salmon when you cook it?

: salmon cook white stuff

Why: It's so unappealing. I don't want to eat it.

Answer: Serum albumin, proteins of the the blood that are still present in the flesh of an animal after it's cleaned. It's not bad for you. You can certainly eat it, but only if you can try to forget what sebum is.
