How big do teacup pigs get?

: teacup pig

Why: On "How I Met Your Mother" (which I don't usually watch, but it's been a slow day), Barney keeps a teacup pig as bait for getting ladies up to his joint.
Answer: They are just baby miniature pigs, but they grow from 8 to 20 inches at the shoulder! That's teeny! Miniature pigs weigh way less than normal pigs, from 29 to 65 lbs. - generally less than 150 lbs.

The More You Know: Little bitty pigs get along with puppies and kitties AND can be litter trained. (That is better than a bunny, which will just eat your furniture and poop on your floor.) Only $1,000!

  1. I'd like to get a Royal Dandie pig for Tai. A pug and a pig, could you imagine?? Oh the adventures they'd go on!

  2. They could be the new Milo and Otis! You just need 8 of them in case of accidental death.
