Who's that guy in "Reno 911!" and "Grandma's Boy"?

Why: Zack says the criminals on "Reno 911!" were funnier when they were just regular cast members with their faces blurred. I like that blond guy - his first name is Nicholas. He does funny stand-up.
I love this guy. Saw him at Largo last year, doing something about Facebook, which he pronounced as it it were Italian: fa-chay-book.
